Jay is an Outreach Canada associate working in Quebec.  He is a member of the Church Planting Canada national team and serves as a missionary in Quebec.  As the president of Quebec coordinator for Church Planting Canada he trains and coaches church leaders and church planters in areas related to church planting. He is the church planter boot camp coordinator.  Jay also works with the Canadian Network of Ministry to Muslims on their national leadership team and with the Quebec retreat ministry Overturning Strongholds (Renversons les Forteresses).  His is a former church planter and pastor and lives in Montreal with his wife Kathy and their four children.  He loves to run, play basketball, read, and do home renovations.
