After many years working in technology, Phil turned his knowledge and expertise towards helping the team at Outreach Canada harness the lastest and most useful technologies as they serve the church in Canada and beyond.
Phil looks after all of our computer software and hardware concerns as well as necessary programming and technology development. Besides being responsible for all of OC's servers, services and applications, Phil also maintains team member's computers. He also has a passion for seeing the church and ministry leaders harness technology as they seek to advance the Kingdom.
Phil and Audrey have 4 children and one grandson who all live in the greater Vancouver area.
