Everyone has problems and needs help at times; that is part of the human experience. Corporate Chaplains' Employee Care Program can provide help and support for employees and their families in a number of different areas of need. The list below is by no means exhaustive, but these are among the services we provide for employees and their families. Employees are also encouraged to ask Chaplains about services not listed here.
List of Services
- Weekly work site visits to build relationships with employees;
- On call 24/7, 365 days a year, for crisis intervention or in the event of an emergency;
- Home visits when necessary;
- Support in times of illness, injury or accident;
- Hospital visits;
- Substance abuse support;
- Visits to employees who are in jail;
- Individual or family confidential chaplain care and support;
- Support after death of an employee or a member of an employee's immediate family;
- Assisting with funeral arrangements, conducting funeral services and confidential grief care;
- Attendance at special events (weddings, births, retirements, etc);
- Encouragement gifts to employees at times of special events in their lives;
- Support in family, financial and work crisis;
- Support during any cause of stress, which may result in anger, depression or negative behavior;
- Support during any observed change of behavior or emotions that affects the wellness of an employee;
- Support during unresolved conflict;
- Termination support;
- Referrals to community, social, non-profit and faith-based resources that are often overlooked as potential solutions or aids in surviving a personal crisis
