Cam directs the Transitional Leadership Ministries, coaches and trains leaders, works with congregations and organizations in the area of planning and provides behavioral assessment for church planters and other professionals. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), has a graduate degree in theology from Western Evangelical Seminary and has 20+ years of local church ministry experience and as a management consultant. 

Cam brings his passion for running the race of life with focus and determination into everything he does.  His passion for running that race does not just benefit him, but spills over into those he coaches and trains so they too are empowered to run their unique race with focus, determination and God’s strength.
