Ministry Fitness Check^TM

The Ministry Fitness Check^TM is a confidential questionnaire given to church members during a church service. It is designed as a communications and analysis tool for churches. Using the Ministry Fitness Check^TM, church leaders can get a clear picture of how their church people view the church in terms of organizational planning & leadership, evangelism, discipleship, worship, prayer and more.

The Ministry Fitness Check^TM tool has now been used in over 600 Canadian churches, with an overwhelmingly positive response. This tool is comprised of a multifaceted congregational survey with eleven categories of questions. The fifty-eight questions measure the health of the church across a ministry spectrum, from organizational structure to prayer. It is then processed through a custom designed software package that correlates and analyzes all of the data, producing 33 pages of fascinating, pertinent information.

Remarkably, this survey can be administered to the entire body in only 15 to 20 minutes, but the results will give you years' worth of invaluable information, which will assist you in enhancing your church's strengths and in developing minimized areas.

Also available is an optional consultation by one of our trained leaders to interpret the results and explore solutions. One of the main goals of this time is to define appropriate goals for each church using our Action Planner.
