Transitional Leadership Network 

Welcome to the place where change agents connect!

The Transitional Leadership Network exists as a place where Transitional Leaders and Coaches who work with churches going through transition can connect and stay sharp in ministry and leadership.

My name is Cam Taylor and I'm on staff with Outreach Canada and giving leadership to this network which is spread across the country.

The vision of the Transitional Leadership Network is to equip and support Transitional Leaders and coaches who guide congregations through transition.

As the leader of this project, I bring with me 21 years of pastoral experience along with training and experience as a coach and facilitator of various kinds of pastors networks. I also bring a passion for God, a desire to see the church grow healthy and a longing to see leaders reach their full God given potential.

The five elements of the networks

 CONNECT - Building relationships with leadership peers.

TRAIN -Training to keep you fresh and growing in your leadership skills. 

RESOURCE - Opportunities to hear, see and apply what's working in ministry. 

SUPPORT  - Brainstorming, problem solving and prayer to help you thrive and grow.

COACH - Encouraging and training coaches in practical coaching skills useful within the network and in your own ministry context.
