Missions involves crossing barriers--culture, language, geography--wherever they exist to get the gospel to where it isn't. It's about stretching across those barriers to people not like you . . . offering them living water. The goal of missions is that every culture and language would have opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel in an intelligible way so that Jesus would be prized in every culture on earth.

Each Canadian church and every Christian believer needs to have a global perspective and a local plan. Crossing cultures with the gospel is now just as relevant in your neighborhood as it is on the other side of the world--now missions is from everywhere to everywhere.
