OC began in 1985 with the vision to empower Canadian churches to grow and plant. Foundational to all that we do is the belief that God loves the Church, the Bride of Christ. We belive that it is our role to come alongside fo Denominations, churches and individuals to assist and encourage them in preparing "the Bride" fro her Groom. (Eph 5, Rev. 19)
Our approach toward Empowering churches includes Research, Coaching, and Resources.
