That would depend entirely upon the needs of the owner/manager. Some business leaders have had our Chaplains meet for personal encouragement, provide staff devotions, or even regular employee Bible Studies during various shifts. Some employers have had us facilitate workshops on a variety of topics such as stress, family issues, healthy living, Alpha, or other topics. Other custom workshops that can be served through our expert Outreach Canada facilitators include Vision Renewal, Transitional Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Coaching Services, Research and Demographics.
When appropriate we can assign full time chaplain(s) of either sex, depending upon the demographic of your workplace, or provide chaplaincy services on a part-time, weekly visit, or on an as needed basis.
Typically a Chaplain will circulate throughout your business, making a brief personal contact with each employee for the purpose of building rapport, and establishing a working relationship. It is in the basis of this trust relationship, established over time, that the employee would open up and desire to meet with the Chaplain to follow up on situations that arise as a result of personal, family, spiritual, or work related issues affecting the employee, their partner, or family members.
