How are Delicate Faith Issues handled in a Secular...

Depending upon the situation our chaplains can be fairly open in sharing issues of faith as well as the gospel of Jesus Christ, but in all situations we treat people respectfully regardless of a person’s origin, spiritual background or gender. Spiritually based conversations are always permission based and handled with the utmost tact and sensitivity. Each of our Chaplains is committed to an ongoing training program, and are also well equipped for multi-cultural and multi-faith, pluralistic workplaces.
