The Outreach Learning Network (TOLN) is the training division of Outreach Canada.  Our mission is to train and develop church leaders in order that they may be equipped to fulfill the mission of the Church and the ministries they have received in the Lord.  We seek the personal ministry development of present and potential church leaders who serve vocationally or as volunteers. 

We continue to  offer the training programs for which Outreach Canada has become known, including, Transitional Leadership Ministry, Vision Renewal and Missionary  Perspectives.

In addition we are exploring the  development of training courses in such areas as eldership and diaconal ministries, conflict management, evangelism, discipleship, church planting and workplace chaplaincy. 

TOLN is a Network. We are committed to cooperating with other agencies seeking to accomplish similar training goals. 

We seek the fulfilment of our Lord’s Great Commission through facilitating harmonious cooperation among all true believers in Christ.
