Unbiased Coaching --We will not try to direct you to agencies or ministries that you are unfamiliar with. In most cases churches decide to strengthen partnerships with agencies they are already in touch with (like their own denomination).
What is the cost for a Church Coach to come and lead us in the 3D Process?
One of our Church Mission Coaches will come to your church to hold an introductory Discovery Workshop without any cost to the church other than travel expenses and lodging for the time they are with you. Together, you will assess the current status of your missions efforts and readiness to move to the next level.
After the introductory Discovery Workshop, most churches decide to engage us for the whole 3D Mobilization Process (7-9 month process). A Church Coaching Agreement is discussed and signed that includes a monthly contribution that you determine, based on the Lord's leading. It is our goal to see all churches that have a desire to participate do so.
I have noticed that your 3D Church Coaching Process can take 7 to 9 months. Why is this length of time necessary?
Building a church missions program that has a lasting impact takes time. This doesn't mean that you stop what you are already doing, but we help you evaluate and take steps to engage in a God-birthed vision for the nations. Our experience suggests that this takes some time to implement and affect the whole church.
Why do you require the participation of church leaders and the pastor in addition to the mission folks?
We believe that your key church and missions leaders must come together to evaluate your current missions outreach and to share their passions and perspectives, as well as seek the Lord together for His plan and direction for the future. We have found that the resulting unified mission and vision builds the solid foundation for a church-wide passion and support of the church's missions endeavors.
Who should attend the Discovery Workshop at our church?
We highly recommend that the senior pastor, missions pastor (if you have one), elders or deacons (your key church leaders) and your missions committee participate in the Discovery Workshop.
