Today, churches face great challenges making an impact in the post-modern world.  Too often, they are ignored or marginalized despite what they have to offer: A life filled with true purpose and hope. Andrew Hurrell hopes to raise the effectiveness of the local church to achieve its Great Commission and bring glory to God.  

Prior to joining Outreach Canada, Andrew enjoyed a 20-year career in telecommunications and high-tech, with the last ten years focused in marketing and business development. The primary challenge was always to hold the attention of different people who, in many cases, were not even looking for a solution like ours.Now, the same skills can be applied to help your church be as effective as it can be.  

Andrew's ministry efforts focus on church growth and church planting, working with many types of churches and situations, he is continually challenged to learn and grow as he serves the Lord and His Church.
