Josephine joined Outreach Canada Ministries to share her administrative expertise and heart for service primarily in the area of Donor Services but also helping the OC team as needed in many other ways. Josephine came to Canada from Hong Kong in 2005 to serve Chinese Christian churches and Chinese ministries in Greater Vancouver.
